Woman Arrested After Young, Nonverbal Boy Abandoned at L.A.`s Union Station

A nonverbal boy who was left alone at Union Station in downtown Los Angeles has been reunited with a family member, and a woman believed to be his biological mother has been arrested, authorities said Thursday afternoon.
